Can I mail in my receipt?
- Our agency only handles the processing of digital rebates. We cannot accept mail in receipts for digital offers.
How do I submit?
Depending on the offer, you will need to scan the QR code or text the code from your phone to 24272 that is visible on the advertisement. Please follow onscreen instructions to submit.
Where can I resubmit my receipt for reconsideration?
- Please email rewards@avidinc.com with the subject Rebate Resubmission along with the rebate amount and brand. When reaching out please ensure that the following information is included.
- Entire receipt(s) image with date and state of purchase.
- Email address or phone number that was entered.
- Verify your preferred payment method.

How many times do I qualify?
You will need to review the terms and conditions for the specific offer.
How can I check my status?
Our processing times can take up to 5 business days. You may have received a confirmation code to your email. With that code you can visit the rebate site and enter in the code for a status. If you did not receive a code, please reach out to rewards@avidinc.com. Not all rebates have a confirmation code option.
Submit button doesn’t work/can’t attach photo.
Please ensure that all boxes are checked off and those with an asterisk are filled out. File sizes must be less than 5MB per image. When using an android phone, the camera app may not appear. You will need to take the photo first and then fill out the rebate.
The rebate has ended, can I still submit?
- All rebate requests must be received by the last day of the rebate period. Submissions after the end date will not be accepted regardless of the date of purchase. Please refer to the terms and conditions for start and end dates of an offer. We are not responsible for incorrect advertisements or offers still posted after the end date.
Rebate Payment Issues:
I don’t have a PayPal/Venmo.
- Rebates are all only paid through PayPal or Venmo. You may select your preferred method during the submission process. If you do not have a PayPal or Venmo account you may create one for free by visiting venmo.com or paypal.com/us/home.
I selected the wrong payment method and/or entered the wrong email address/phone number.
- Please email rewards@avidinc.com to submit a request to have funds resent to the correct payment method. We cannot guarantee payments can be resent.
