Why is performance data changing after a campaign has ended?
Redemption reporting is not always final immediately after an offer ends. Redemption activity may continue to be processed after program completion due to clearinghouse processing timelines and validation grace periods.
For recently completed programs, redemption totals may continue to increase until all valid submissions have been processed.
Why do numbers differ between reports?
Reports may display information at different levels of aggregation, or may refresh on different schedules.
When comparing reports:
• Confirm the same filters are applied.
• Confirm the same date range is selected.
If you're having a hard time reconciling numbers between reports, report the discrepancy to your account rep or AMG analytics contact for assistance or clarification.
Why does geographic data look incorrect?
Some national retailers report redemption activity through centralized processing locations, or attribute all activity to a headquarters location rather than a store location. As a result, geographic reporting may reflect the processing or corporate chain headquarters location rather than the purchase location.
This is expected for certain retailer and submitter data sources.
Export issues
All table reports can be exported to CSV or Excel files to be reconciled elsewhere. If exported data does not match what you expect:
• Verify all report filters before exporting.
• Confirm you are exporting from the correct visual or table.
• Refresh the report and attempt the export again.
